    Building on the Den's commitment to peer leadership, we're launching a new leadership cohort where emerging leaders receive rabbinic mentorship, peer support, and access to outside expertise as they learn to lead diverse Jewish learning experiences, guide ritual gatherings, and hold sacred space in community. Fellows develop facilitation and leadership skills in a supportive, spiritually grounded community of peers. This immersive experience combines hands-on leadership opportunities with ongoing guidance and reflection from the Den's leadership team: rabbis, staff, members of the Den's Board and Advisory Council, and select area experts who bring professional insight into key areas of training.
