Join Repair the World Bay Area in honoring Dr. King’s legacy this MLK Weekend by volunteering with us at Glide Memorial Church! On Saturday, January 18th from 11:30am – 1:30pm we’ll be joining Glide for their daily lunch service, together we will help setup the dining room and serve meals, on average Glide serves between 500-600 meals during their lunch service every day of the year. Please make sure to wear closed toed shoes and a short or long sleeve shirt (no tank tops), they will provide us with gloves, an apron and a hairnet – you can also wear a hat or beanie.
