We will be camping together in beautiful Shenandoah, creating space to step away from the pace and noise of daily life. Through meditation, silence, time in nature, and shared inquiry, the retreat is designed to support a shift from thinking about G-d and Judaism to experiencing the truths it points to – in our direct experience.
The structure of the weekend is intentionally simple. We will move between guided sessions, unstructured time in nature, group gatherings, and Shabbat-related experiences, allowing for both personal reflection and shared exploration.
This is not a highly scheduled or intensive retreat. Rather, it is an opportunity to slow down, become more present, and explore what is available when we are no longer caught in constant movement or mental activity.
No prior meditation experience is required. We are shomer-shabbat friendly and provide kosher food, but welcome people of all religious levels.
This retreat is led by experienced meditation facilitator, Noam Levenson.
