The apartment is located at 1848 Wyoming Ave. NW and features a sunroom/dining room with incredible views of the city. It also comes with access to a roof deck and a sizable storage unit in the basement. The landlord has been wonderful in the 2.5 years I have been there and is very responsive! The building has 14 total units, so it's a very homey spot, and being tucked away in the middle of the block is both very quiet and super convenient to all that AdMo has to offer on both 18th Street and Columbia! You're a 5 minute walk to Kalorama Park, tennis courts at Marie Reed, Mint Gym, and then all the restaurants and bars and coffee shops you could ever want. The building also has a small elevator.
