about imadi imadi provides comprehensive support to families navigating life-changing pediatric health diagnoses.
why this role matters Families facing pediatric illness are navigating one of the most difficult chapters of their lives. The Case Manager is often the person who stands beside them through it all – helping them think clearly in moments of crisis, connecting them to resources they didn’t know existed, and ensuring they never feel alone in the process. This role is deeply relational and highly dynamic.
This is not a traditional desk job. One day might involve sitting with a parent who needs guidance navigating a new diagnosis; another might involve coordinating services, meeting with community partners, or helping a family access a critical resource. The Case Manager will serve as the primary support professional for approximately 50 families across the Washington, D.C. and Greater Washington region, ensuring each family receives thoughtful, consistent, and personalized support.
For the right person, this is an opportunity to do deeply meaningful work while helping build a stronger support network for families across the Washington, D.C. region.
