Purim Celebration with the Purim Spiel with Temple Micah March 13, 2025 @ 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm RSVP for Maryland address. , United States An Evening in Shushan Join us for a celebration like no other as we journey back to 5th-century BCE Persia, immersing ourselves in the epic story of Purim with a Purimspiel by our Machon Micah students and music from special visiting artists. The night will begin with family-friendly festivities, then unfold into an experience geared towards the wider community. Come for part of the evening or stay for it all! Costumes are optional but encouraged–don't forget to bring a noisemaker or grogger! While the evening is free and open to all, the pizza party at 5:30 p.m. requires pre-registration and costs $5 per person. Pre-register by March 11. Adult B’nai Torah Class with Temple Micah January 21, 2025 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm RSVP for Maryland address. , United States Do you want to learn how to read Hebrew and chant Torah? Do you hope to deepen your feeling of connection to a community? Do you want to expand your thinking on a myriad of Jewish topics and have thought provoking discussions? If you answered, ÒYes!' to these questions, we invite you to join our Adult B'nai Torah class, led by Rabbi Stephanie Crawley, with guest teaching from our other rabbis. The class will take place on Tuesdays from 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. at Temple Micah approximately two-three times a month over the next year-and-a-half, with a break for the summer. It will culminate with members of the class being called to Torah in the spring of 2026. The last day to register is Friday, January 17, 2025. $250
