Join us for a special Sukkot-inspired movement and mindfulness class that invites you to slow down, connect and ground yourself in the spirit of the holiday. Through gentle, accessible movement and guided reflection, we’ll explore the themes of Sukkot – gratitude, impermanence, harvest and connection to the Earth.
This class is designed for all bodies and all levels of experience. Together, we’ll move with intention, breathe with awareness and create space to reflect on our relationship to the natural world and our place within it.
Come as you are – everyone is welcome in this embodied, inclusive celebration of the season. No experience necessary!
