Get ready for Passover by making Matzah on the farm! We will start with a text study examining the significance of Matzah, the history of Matzah making, and the transformative power of direct involvement in Mitzvot. Then, we’ll make our own Matzah from fresh milled whole grains (spelt, kamut, and of course Farro) to take home and enjoy! Facilitated by Mickey Davis.
Mickey Davis is a committed DIY Jew and passionate about learning and sharing. He is a skilled educator and an experienced baker. This background, combined with his interest in nutrition and health, result in a drive to make a better matzah as part of a more meaningful Passover. Cost Range: 18 – 54
