What is JMAC? – JMAC is a monthly article club for Jews in their 20s/30s living in the DMV area. Meetings are 1.5 hours each, once per month on a Saturday at 7:00pm at the EDJCC.

What do you discuss? – The articles will cover a wide range of topics such as tech, culture, parenting, psychology, education, health, civil liberties, and more (in general, the articles will not be focused on Judaism specifically). Articles will typically take < 30 minutes to read. What if my beliefs or opinions are different from other members in the group? - JMAC is a strictly non-partisan and non-ideological group, and all political and religious backgrounds are welcome. The goal of meetings is to explore various topics together and test out ideas in a respectful, collaborative way. The meetings are led by a moderator to help facilitate a productive dialogue. What’s the time commitment? - Very low! Just one or two 10 - 20 minute articles, plus the hour and a half meeting each month.
