Esther’s Wisdom: A Blueprint for Women Leaders

Between International Women’s Day and Purim, we invite all ladies of Northern Virginia to explore Queen Esther’s leadership to become even more courageous, purposeful, and successful leaders. During this powerful workshop, we will explore some Jewish texts with Zina Segal (Pozez JCC Sr. Director, Community Impact and Engagement) and learn leadership skills with Priscilla Askenas (Leadership Coach). Through practical exercises and reflective discussions, participants will embrace their unique strengths, build meaningful connections, and step into their own ÒEsther moment’ to inspire change and create a lasting legacy.
