Chag HaBanot, the Festival of the Daughters, is a lesser-known North African Jewish tradition celebrated during Hanukkah. Women and girls gather to bless one another, share sweets, and tell stories of powerful Jewish heroines. Join Rabbi Anna to take part in the celebration as we learn the story of Judith, other brave women of the Bible, and the women in our own families who came before us.

Anyone who celebrates women is welcome, whatever your gender. Sweets and light snacks provided. Specific location details will be shared with registrants.
