There is a spacious living room, dining room, back porch, washer and dryer, and an optional parking space for $50. It an excellent location with a super convenient bus stop at the end of the block and the area is surrounded by a variety of restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores. If you prefer to metro, both Columbia Heights and Petworth Metro stations are just a 10-minute walk. We are a friendly group of young professionals who enjoy traveling, exercising, movies, cooking, and do a mix of a remote and in-person work. Home is relaxed, comfortable, and clean.
