Hi everyone! I have a bedroom for sublet available June and July in a 3 bedroom;1.5 bath. Possible for earlier move in. The room itself is $750, plus utilities which are about $100 per person. This is the biggest room in the house, big enough for a full sized bed and enough space for a separate living room. The house is located in the Trinidad neighborhood, perfect for students. There is an in unit washer and dryer, as well as a dishwasher and two fridges. There is street parking for section 5, or there is open parking two streets over. Nearby target, Trader Joe’s, etc. Gallaudet metro (red line) is 20min walk away and the Union station metro is 25-30 minutes away, or there’s a nearby bus station to get there in 15 minutes. Very walkable neighborhood. The living room will probably remain fully furnished and we can talk about the bedroom.
The entire house is hardwood. First floor is a semi-open floor plan with a living room, dining area, kitchen, and bonus room with in-unit laundry and a half bathroom. Second floor has three bedrooms with 1 full bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and skylight. There is also a small front porch and back deck. Landlords are hands-on and take care of the outside, pay for pest control, and respect tenants privacy. Rent for June is negotiable - prorating available with current tenants. Lease ends July 31st but 1 year renewal is possible for the room
