Inspired by the work of FreeDC, the Temple Micah community is invited to a special screening of The Last Battlefront, a one-hour documentary film highlighting the history of self-rule in Washington, DC. The film helps us understand the limits of representation in Washington, DC and what we can do about it. We’ll watch the film as a group, and then reflect and discuss what we learned in small groups. We will also share information about current campaigns for self-government in DC and how to get involved.
