Julie is a DMV native: having grown up in Howard County, Maryland before heading off to the University of Maryland (go Terps!) and down to DC upon graduation, she’s spent the last nine years in Columbia Heights and Adams Morgan. With +7 years on the books as a Jewish professional, Julie deeply understands and values the power of a rich Jewish community and a strong personal Jewish identity – two things that she has found cannot exist without the other. When she’s not working on new-house projects, you can find her starting half a dozen new hobbies, walking her dog around the lake, or seeing how many social plans she can fit into a single weekend.
