What do we offer 20s and 30s? This Facebook group is intended to bring together—and facilitate communication between—Jewish young professionals and students in the downtown DC area. Examples of usage include:
•Classifieds (e.g., housing, chairs for Shabbat meals, etc.)
•Public, Jewish-oriented events (e.g., synagogue/minyan events, happy hours, etc.)
•Community-wide announcements (e.g., free ice cream somewhere, discounted High Holiday tickets, etc.)

We want this group to be as inclusive as possible—so there aren’t any strict boundaries about who should be in the group or what you can post—but there are a few things that we discourage: discussion of current events/politics, self-promotion, advertising for non-local events, and similar posts.
