My current roommate is moving out at the end of October, and I looking to renew my lease with a new roommate. I live in a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment in Ballston that is a 5-minute walk from a grocery store (Harris Teeter) plus a community center / local park, as well as a 10-minute walk to the Metro.
