Seeking a female roommate in their late 20s or early 30s to share a 2bed in either DC or Arlington. I am relocating from Philly and working in Maryland most days. I haven't narrowed down an exact location just yet as I am still familiarizing myself with the DC area but have a few neighborhoods in mind. Parking and proximity to the metro are my main considerations as I have a lengthy commute each day. Trying to stay within a budget of 1800 for rent.
When the weather is nice I like to spend most of my time exploring the outdoors and value easy access to the vibrancy of DC but don't consider bars or clubs to be my scene. I love attending (or hosting) Shabbat dinners and meetups around the city. I am not SS/SK and prefer not to live with pets 🙁
