Lessans Camp JCC at the Bender JCC of Greater Washington is a place where every child in the greater Washington D.C. area — regardless of developmental ability — can experience the joys of summer camp.
The Yoetzet (camp guidance counselor) is responsible for providing assistance and support to campers and staff regarding interpersonal, intrapersonal, and behavioral concerns within the guidelines set by the Bender JCC of Greater Washington. This position works with campers ages 4-21 with all abilities. Experience in social work, school counseling, child development, or a related field is preferred.
The salary range for the Yoetzet is $4,200 - $5,550 for the summer.
