In the heart of Kingman Park, my home is near to grocery such as Aldi and Safeway, H St, Lincoln Park, and Capitol Hill. Little known by newcomers are Heritage and Kingman Islands to get your nature fix in the city. My home is normally in perfect condition, with a sauna, cold plunge, and steam tent. Cost would be ~$2,000 per month. There are upstairs rooms with shared bathrooms, and the basement is a fully functional unit with kitchen and bathroom and private entrance.
