Hi, I am looking for a roommate for the second bedroom in this 2 bedroom townhouse. This townhouse is located near the Arlington border and 5 minutes from the east falls church metro. I am a young professional and government contractor supporting NOAA. I primarily work remotely and I am looking for someone who is clean and respectful but I am also looking for a friend. This is a private bedroom so I am open to any gender identity.
Cost: $1500 plus utilities (I am open to negotiating, especially if you do not have a car)
