I am leaving my one bedroom, one bath English basement in DC in mid December, however I could consider a November or January move (it may also be subject to the holidays). It is an amazing place with its own bathroom, kitchen and living room. Since it has its own kitchen, feel free to have a kosher kitchen. It has its own washer/dryer and a private parking space. I have loved living here, but I am graduating school and moving. The unit is near the Benning Road metro but there is also a bus to stadium armory. it is near the bending rec center and very safe. The whole unit is $1200 including utilities. It can also come mostly furnished. Please reach out for any pictures or if you have any questions. I would love to show the unit in person as well.
