SUMMARY:Tashlich Service and Picnic with Temple Micah
DESCRIPTION:The Tashlich ceremony offers us a chance to symbolically cast our wrongdoings of the previous year into the water and begin the new year with a fresh start. Following the service\, we will gather for a family-friendly picnic in the park. Registration is NOT required to attend; all are welcome! \nMeet at Rock Creek Park – Picnic Grove 1 \n*Please do not bring bread or any other food item to throw in the water. In trying to be environmentally responsible\, we will use items from nature instead (i.e. small rocks\, sticks\, leaves). \nIn case of inclement weather\, we will email the community by 9:00 a.m. on Sunday morning if we need to cancel the event.
