SUMMARY:Queering our Mother Rebekah with Am Kolel
DESCRIPTION:Join Rabbi Miriam on Wednesday\, November 12 (7PM – 8:30PM) on Zoom for Queering Our Mother Rebekah. Rebekah doesn’t fit into the traditional gender roles of women in the Bible. Together we will take a look at the textual evidence that shows how our foremother queered womanhood in her time. \nAs we reimagine Rebekah’s story through a queer lens\, we commit to holding the gathering as sacred ground\, a place of safety and affirdmation. \n \n \nOrganization: Am Kolel \n \nLivestream or Virtual: Yes\, it is
