We’ll kick things off with fun icebreakers to get to know your workout crew\, then dive into a high-energy MADabolic class designed to build strength\, endurance\, and power. The 50 minute workout will include 4 stations plus boxing and different levels of weights for all participants. Bring gloves if you have them- some will be provided. \n$7 for Early Bird Registration.
