DESCRIPTION:There are many different ways to observe Yom Kippur\, and for some people\, fasting is not possible or not the right choice. If that’s true for you\, we invite you to join us for a gentle lunchtime meetup with others who are also not fasting.\nTogether\, we’ll share space and dive into learning about Yom Kippur as we honor what it means to care for our bodies and selves on this sacred day.  \nPlease note: Food and drinks will not be provided\, as everyone’s nutritional needs are different. We encourage you to bring whatever food and drink will best sustain you.
