DESCRIPTION:Kosher BBQ Brisket Competition.  First and only Kansas City BBQ Society sanctioned event in the area.  Teams are competing for prize money and bragging rights.  Open to the public event allows people to come and enjoy their work and enjoy a beautiful fall day in the Catoctin mountains (75 minutes from DC and Baltimore areas).
