SUMMARY:Belarussian Archives: History\, Basics and Research with Jewish Genealogy Society
DESCRIPTION:Yuri Dorn is a well known genealogist\, specializing in Jewish genealogy in Belarus. He will be sharing his knowledge on finding documentation and records that are not easily found in that region. \nThis one-hour program\, conducted over Zoom at 1:30 PM Eastern Time\, is free for members. This is one of the many activities that is a benefit of JGSGW membership. \nYuri Dorn: Yuri became interested in Jewish genealogy since 1994\, and he founded Jewish Heritage Research Group in 2002. The group works in all Belorussian archives\, and consists of professional historians\, genealogists and certified English speaking guides.
