There is one very large walk-in storage closet, with two additional hall closets and one closet in each bedroom. The apartment is 765 square feet in total.
The building: The building has an incredible rooftop pool deck overlooking Rock Creek Park, National Cathedral and Georgetown. The pool stays open usually from April to October (depending on each year, it is the building’s decision based on weather) and is open seven days a week, from early morning to late at night. The deck also has ample lounge chairs and tables, including tables under shade, with an herb garden and small lending library for residents. In addition, the deck is open year round with tables even when the pool is closed in the winter. Laundry room in basement with plenty of washers and dryers and a recently renovated community room (with a bathroom and kitchen) that can be rented for events for a nominal fee. 24/7 staffed front desk that receives packages as well as in-house maintenance program. Please note the apartment management does not allow pets.
The location: Conveniently located a few steps from DuPont metro and a 15-minute walk to Foggy Bottom metro. Walking distance to DuPont, Adams Morgan, Georgetown, Kalorama and Logan Circle neighborhoods, with ample selections of restaurants, bars and cafes. Around the corner from CVS and walking distance to the West End Public Library. For students, walking distance to GWU, very close to the DuPont shuttle bus for Georgetown University and on the red line for American University.
