Sefaria's development department is seeking Temporary Customer Service Support Assistant to help with its transition to a new CRM (Salesforce). The person must be detail oriented and ideally is familiar with Sefaria's mission.
The bulk of the work will involve making phone calls to past donors to inform them of changes to their giving profiles, so we are seeking someone who is comfortable talking to people of a variety of backgrounds on the phone and assisting them with their questions.
