This role is through Avodah’s Jewish Service Corps. The Jewish Service Corps is a year-long program for individuals ages 21-26 to build a lifetime of leadership skills, an active Jewish community, a powerful professional network, and a more just America. Corps Members work full-time at placement organizations like Miriam's Kitchen while engaging in innovative programming and living in communal, pluralistic housing. In addition to a year of professional and personal growth, Corps Members receive a monthly living stipend, health insurance, a travel allowance, and housing. Case Manager at Miriam's Kitchen: Miriam's Kitchen seeks to end chronic homelessness in Washington, DC. The Case Manager will provide direct services to homeless individuals alongside the clinical case management team, support MK guests in housing, mental health, substance abuse, health education, employment, facilitate referrals, conduct data entry, and complete projects to ensure the functioning of services.
