Founded in 2006, Moishe House funds, trains, and educates young adults to create pluralistic, inclusive, and welcoming Jewish communities as House Residents, MHWOW Hosts, and Peer-Led-Retreat Facilitators, and in our Bases. To date, there are more than 140 Moishe House communities in over 30 countries, and we’re still growing!

Moishe House is seeking a Program Partnerships Manager to lead all program enrollment, logistics, data tracking, and communications for our current and future partnered program offerings, including the 4HQ Israel and Career Passport programs. 4HQ Israel is a year-long fellowship that aims to give Jewish young adults the tools and training to engage in meaningful discussions about Israel. Career Passport is a new travel program wherein a cohort of Jewish young adults will live and work remotely together in Israel for one month. This position also supports our organization across a range of activities and projects that promote and maintain our strategic partnerships.

Who You Are and What You’ll Do:

You are a self-starter who can confidently lead program outreach, enrollment, data tracking, stakeholder management, and communications for current partner programs and assess and manage new partnership opportunities as they arise.
You are detail-oriented, bring excellent written and verbal communication skills and hard work to our team, and can manage multiple projects and workflows simultaneously.
You will work directly with the Immersive Experiences team and collaborate with the Chief Program Officer, the R&D and Marketing teams to help manage partner relationships and bring added value opportunities for Moishe House and the partners, including:
Outreach, Recruitment, and Cohort Curation (40%)
Create and manage recruitment campaigns for the 4HQ Israel, Career Passport, and additional programs as needed
Maintain frequent communication with program applicants and participants
Work with the in-house marketing department and external partners to ensure a smooth pipeline of marketing asset requests and deliverables
Screen and evaluate program candidates as reflected in their applications and supporting documents, and schedule and conduct interviews to determine candidates’ suitability for the specific program based on assessment criteria and guidelines.
Partner Relationship Management (30%)
Serve as primary liaison between Moishe House and our program partners including Onward Israel, Destination Israel, Makom, and Routes
Represent Moishe House to relevant funders and grant officers
Serve as consultant for logistical and content-related decisions
Collaborate with partners to draft and implement a program evaluation
Act as the ‘traffic controller’, evaluating new partnership opportunities and collaborating with the Moishe House team to vet new opportunities, set goals, measure success, and assist in the management of ongoing partner relationships.
Administration of program enrollment and logistics (20%)
Process all program applications and registrations
Manage staff contracts, travel documents, and travel reimbursements
Maintain program participant database
Innovate across the broader Program Team to drive cross-functional initiatives related to partnership programs
Onsite Program Logistics (10%)
Manage daily tour schedules, announcements, and space setups
Lead trip staff in operational program support
You have a Bachelor’s Degree in communications, business administration, nonprofit management, or another related field. Additional 4 years of full-time relevant experience may be substituted for the degree.
