The Conservative Yeshiva is a diverse, egalitarian, and engaged learning community in the heart of Jerusalem where students can ask questions, explore, grow, and gain skills for a lifetime. Many of the students at the Conservative Yeshiva Year and Semester programs are recent college graduates and young adults from North America. The students for the Taamu Winter Break Program and the Keilim Summer Program are exclusively college students. We are looking for someone based in North America to help us develop a pipeline from North American university Hillels and hubs of Jewish life to the Conservative Yeshiva.
This position is part-time with potential for growth, remote work based in North America, starting immediately.

Develop and maintain relationships with professionals at college Hillels in North America.
Engage with professionals at hubs of Jewish life for young adults in their twenties and thirties in North America, i.e. Moishe Houses.
Reach out to engaged Jewish students at college Hillels in North America.
Develop leads of people who may be interested in studying at the Conservative Yeshiva year and semester programs and the Taamu and Keilim programs.
Create a clear pipeline for application processes together with the North American Faculty-in-Residence.
BA or comparable degree
3-5 years experience working in recruitment
Knowledge of the campus Hillel scene
Knowledge of the young adult Jewish scene
Comfort with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Demonstrates Social Media savvy on a range of social media platforms
Experience with navigating CRMS - a strong plus
Creative, detail oriented and thorough
Identification with the mission of the Conservative Yeshiva
Strong work ethic, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
A “people person” with a positive, confident, “can-do” attitude
