Who I am: * Young Christian tech consultant (male, mid-20s) and are typically out of the house most of the time between career and weekend activities. * I like to keep my space very clean and tidy. * I like to spend time catching up on Netflix, exploring the outdoors (hiking), and hanging out with friends.
The Space: * 3-bedroom / 2-bathroom condo apartment * 1,234 square feet * Fully remodeled and nicely updated over the past several years * Large living room with a tall balcony overlooking a beautiful tree-lined view * The master bedroom (220 square feet) has a private bathroom and walk-in closet * Reserved parking spots (1 parking pass per tenant), visitor spots and street parking available * Laundry located in the unit * All utilities are covered in the rent * Security deposit of one month’s rent due to secure spot.
