At OneTable, we support people to end their week with intention. As an online and in person community, we help people in their 20s and 30s find, enjoy and share Shabbat dinners, explore Judaism and Jewish practice, and make the most of Friday night. Over the past several months the world in which OneTable operates has changed, and OneTable has shifted along with it, innovating to increase access to Shabbat for all Jewish young adults seeking connection and community in the midst of a global crisis. Participants are hosting more than ever before.

The Data and Budget Associate role is a new full-time staff member to support organizational infrastructure/operations. Specifically the maintenance and integration of data, tech platform, and budgets. This position will report directly to the Associate Director of Technology and Data and work closely with the UX Senior Manager, Development Operations, Managing Director, and Field Managers. The candidate will need to know Salesforce well enough to lead on projects independently, teach others, and translate reports seamlessly into Excel and Google Sheets.

Essential Functions:

Data/Tech (75%)
Support AD of Tech and Data as SalesForce administrator
Maintain a database of 375k+ contact records and 10K yearly campaigns
Assist in improving development functions.
Download data from platform and prepare files in Excel for Salesforce data upload
Upload and maintain integrity of Salesforce data
Pull reports and data points for internal and external dashboards
Ensure that income is correctly input in Salesforce and is reconciled with Quickbooks
Provide Nourishment Support to UX
Assist with troubleshooting of social dining platform tech questions and testing of development features
Assist with platform updates and edits
Backend help (setup/troubleshoot)
Testing items in stagings
Organize platform priorities in Wrike
Point of contact with internal staff about any questions regarding nourishment or tech
Support special projects as needed

Budget (25%)
Organize financial data and create clear and accurate presentations (e.g. spreadsheets, graphics, and insightful summary material)
Translate QuickBooks reports into monthly financial reports
Liaise and collaborate with outsourced vendor (bookkeeper/controller) to complete monthly financial reconciliations, maintain all A/R and A/P systems, ensure compliance with internal policies are adhered to
Manage and reconcile internal systems such as Stripe, Divvy and recommend more efficient systems

Requirements (must have)
Salesforce proficiency, especially in running reports and creating dashboards
Familiarity with Salesforce workflows, Process Builder and email alerts
Proficiency in using Excel and understanding/manipulating data
Understanding of budgets
Ability to very quickly jump in and figure things out independently
Self-driven determination to reach goals. You will need to be ambitious, not settle and can think creatively on the spot.
Outstanding organizational, prioritization, time management and - most critically - execution skills

Helpful to have
Nonprofit experience
Understanding of Shabbat
HTML proficiency
Experience with a CMS or back-end API technology
Support with troubleshooting issues and fixing them
Knows how to use a budget to tell a story and conversely translate a story into a budget
Familiarity with some type of accounting software (we use Quickbooks)
Experience with supporting the creation of program budgets for grant submissions and funder reports

Salary and Benefits Package:
Salary $55,000 for 2 - 3 years of experience
