DESCRIPTION:We will be camping together in beautiful Shenandoah\, creating space to step away from the pace and noise of daily life. Through meditation\, silence\, time in nature\, and shared inquiry\, the retreat is designed to support a shift from thinking about G-d and Judaism to experiencing the truths it points to – in our direct experience. \nThe structure of the weekend is intentionally simple. We will move between guided sessions\, unstructured time in nature\, group gatherings\, and Shabbat-related experiences\, allowing for both personal reflection and shared exploration. \nThis is not a highly scheduled or intensive retreat. Rather\, it is an opportunity to slow down\, become more present\, and explore what is available when we are no longer caught in constant movement or mental activity. \nNo prior meditation experience is required. DESCRIPTION:This is a 3-day / 2-night backpacking trip built around a full Shabbat in the outdoors\, centered on one of the most beautiful hikes in the region—the Mount Tammany–Sunfish Pond Loop. You can see our route on AllTrails.  \nWe’ll begin on Friday by climbing Mount Tammany\, known for its sweeping views over the Delaware Water Gap\, before continuing along the Appalachian Trail into quieter backcountry.
