SUMMARY:First Session of Hebrew Literacy Cohort with Sixth & I
DESCRIPTION:This class meets Thursdays\, January 8 – March 26 from 7:00 – 9:00 pm. Each session is 2 hours long. Class will meet in-person on January 8 and March 26\, and the rest of the class will be virtual. \nDemystify the Hebrew alphabet as you learn the letters and vowels and how to combine them to “crack the code.” This course introduces reading Hebrew in an enjoyable yet focused atmosphere. Sixth & I has a very limited number of books available to be purchased during registration. Other participants are responsible for purchasing the textbook. \nRegistration for this series closes on January 5 at 5:00 pm. \nAbout the Instructor\nKeren Yairi is a certified language instructor who has taught Hebrew as well as English literacy and English as Second/Other Language. She has also served as a consultant on education\, language\, and literacy projects.\nCost Range: 280 – 303 \n \nAccommodations: ADA Accessible Venue \n \nOrganization: Sixth & I \n \nLivestream or Virtual: No\, it’s not
