Expect a live Duolingo demo from Josh himself–watch him decode sentences that may or may not be real Hebrew. Whether you speak fluent Ivrit or just fluent emoji\, this night will be _______ (that means Òcrazy\,’ probably). Don’t miss the fun–we promise it’ll be more coherent than the Duolingo owl’s notifications at 11:59 PM! \nPlease–even if you are a ‘maybe’–RSVP on the Onetable link above as well as on Partiful

SUMMARY:Hunger Action at DC Central Kitchen with the EDCJCC
DESCRIPTION:Join us to volunteer with DC Central Kitchen\, a close partner organization that uses volunteer help to transform 3\,000 pounds of otherwise wasted food into 5\,000 healthy meals for schools\, homeless shelters\, and social service agencies. Volunteers will work in their professional kitchen to chop vegetables\, sort fresh produce\, mix salads\, portion meals\, and more! \nPlease note that DCCK welcomes volunteers ages 12 and older for this opportunity. Teens ages 12-18 are invited to volunteer with the Youth Action Institute. We will meet at the DC Central Kitchen located in southwest DC. The address will be provided with registration. \nThere is limited space for this program and registration is required for participation. As DC Central Kitchen relies on a specific number of volunteers to be able to produce the meals they need\, we ask that you only register if you are committed to showing up to volunteer on this day. If you have any questions\, please reach out to Mira at msmith@edcjcc.org.
