The BOSS Group currently located in Bethesda, MD is looking for and recruiting coordinator with a strong work ethic and a desire to succeed. The sales and recruiting coordinator responsible for the general/administrative branch, recruiting support and sales support. The role is a developmental position to learn the skills, knowledge, and abilities that will ensure future success with The BOSS Group.
Sales and Recruiting Coordinator Responsibilities:
•Responsibilities include supporting recruiters and account managers in lead/referral generation and sourcing.
•Conduct phone screening and interviewing new talents for current and/or prospective clients.
•Coordinating interviews and administering new hire paperwork for our four regional offices.
•Tracking all talent timesheets through completion and procuring client referrals through daily activities for the DC office.
•Organizing talent files and preparing talent packets responsibilities include ensuring that account managers are prepared for client visits by organizing marketing materials and preparing portfolios.
•Presenting skill markets for our clients to display the array of potential talents.
•Running weekly recruitment advertising meetings in order to work with employees to determine ad placements.
•Responsible for general office support including answering phones, covering front desk, and managing daily candidate flow.
Sales and Recruiting Coordinator Requirements:
Flexible, able to reprioritize with first-rate organizational skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills.
Social media knowledge.
